All rooms are centrally air-conditioned and equipped with digital cable color television (24 hours international channels),
Electronic door lock security,In-room electronic safe,TV’s audio is also piped into granite bathroom, private bath
and shower with herbal toiletries, direct dial telephone, wireless high speed internet access (North India First Hotel),
working desk, refrigerated mini bar, tea/coffee maker and bedside console for individual control of multi electronic and
mechanical functions in a room.
It is an eco friendly hotel having all guestrooms stationary made of recycled paper. Upholstery & tapestry in rooms are
made of pure cotton. Rubber wood has been used in all public and guest areas.

All spring beds placed in guest rooms are immune to backache as it is medically certified by orthopedic. We have used copper plumbing
to have scale free water in hotel and drinking water is totally hygienic as it is germs and bacteria free. All luxurious maya club and
suite rooms are located on maya club top floor that offer bird’s eye view of city.

03rd person (5 years & above) supplement charge @INR700/-sharing same room will be applicable.
- There is 4% luxury tax applicable on above room charge w.e.f Feb22,2009
at present, however if any other taxes levied by govt. in future, will be applicable without prior intimation.
- Kindly note check-in & check-out time is 12noon & above room charge is on per room per night basis.
- Equivalent foreign currency convertible rate is applicable to all foreign national.
